How it Works

Digital key pad check in 4:00 p.m. and check out 11:00 a.m. Code for the front door will be texted the day of check in.

Since we do not take reservations on VRBO or Airbnb we only accept payments via Venmo or by check.
We will hold your reservation with a $600 deposit along with the signed agreement. The security deposit will be refunded to you within two weeks from your departure assuming no excessive wear or damage to the property minus the cleaning fee. ($175 for reasonable cleaning, if more extensive cleaning is needed, cost will reflect)
Full payment is due 60 days before reservation. If reservation is made with less than 60 days of check in date, then the $600 deposit and full rent payment are due at the time of reservation.

If the reservation is cancelled with more than 45 days before your scheduled check-in date your deposit and rent amount will be refunded in full minus a $250 cancellation fee.
If the reservation is cancelled between 45 days to 21 days before your scheduled check-in date then your $600 deposit will be forfeited and rent amount will be refunded in full.
If the reservation is cancelled with less than 21 days before your scheduled check-in date then your $600 deposit will be refunded and the rent amount will be forfeited.

Sorry, absolutely no smoking or pets are allowed on the property or inside the cottage.
Violation of this policy will result in eviction and forfeiture of rent and deposit.

By renting this property, you are assuming all risk and liability for damage or excessive wear and tear to the unit. Any damage will be charged to the rental guest. We ask for your help to maintain the property in good condition for your enjoyment and those guests who follow.
